Description

The unique fulvic acid (Phytofulvate™) used in FulMax is an extract from trees, with unusual characteristics that gives it its wetting and dispersing abilities. The wetting ability of Fulmax is directly related to the dispersing or soapy characteristics of the natural organic phytofulvate active ingredient which breaks the surface tension of water.. Fulvic acids from other sources do not have these characteristics and therefore are not wetting or spreading products.

Due to its hygroscopic (water loving) nature, it has re-wetting characteristics. When a 0.1% FulMax solution was painted onto a leaf in the afternoon, it was totally wet the next morning due to absorbing moisture from the air. It therefore enhances uptake of herbicides or foliar applied nutrients over an extended period of time with the re-wetting action every morning.
